ADJEI, J.A: This interlocutory appeal emanates from a ruling of the High Court Accra delivered on 15th May, 2019. The Plaintiff applied for an order of interlocutory injunction to restrain the Defendants from developing the parcel of land at East La Dadekotopon in the Greater Accra Region covering an area of two acres (0.81 hectare) described and endorsed on the Plaintiff's writ of summons as relief (a). The High Court after considering the legal principles used to determine the grant of injunction came to the conclusion that he would dismiss the application and hear the substantive matter expeditiously. He gave timelines for the Defendants to file their statement of defence and the Plaintiff to file an application for directions. It is as a result of the refusal by the High Court to grant the application for interlocutory injunction that the Plaintiff filed this interlocutory appeal.
