JUDGMENT OF IRENE CHARITY LARBI (MRS.) J.A 1. This appeal emanates from the ruling of the High Court, Cape Coast delivered on 25th June, 2019. 2. On 13th April, 2018 the Applicant filed a motion on notice for judicial review praying for an order of certiorari to bring up to the Court for the purposes of quashing and the quashing of the decision of the Respondent dated 28th March, 2018 and contained in a letter addressed to the Applicant dated 29th March, 2018 and to prohibit the Respondent from taking any disciplinary actions against the Applicant upon the grounds set forth in the accompanying affidavit. The Application was grounded on Order 55 rule 6 (2) of the High Court (Civil Procedure) Rules, 2004 (C.I.47). 3.
