JUDGMENT OF DOMAKYAAREH (MRS) JA: [1] This is an interlocutory appeal against two Rulings emanating from the High Court (Commercial Division) Kumasi essentially in respect of a corporate dispute between the Minority Shareholders who are the Plaintiffs/Respondents herein and the Majority Shareholder who is the 2nd Defendant/Appellant herein over control of a Company which is the 1st Defendant herein. The said Rulings are dated 14th May, 2019 and 20th May, 2019 respectively. For the purposes of this judgment, the facts as stated by the respective parties are not all that important or relevant as same are mere repetitions of their respective cases as narrated in the Statement of Claim by the Respondents and the Statement of Defence and Counterclaim by the Defendants and the 2nd Defendant/Appellant, herein after called the Appellant.
