JUDGMENT BY OFOE J.A: This is an appeal from the judgment of the High Court delivered on the 14th July, 2017 in which the trial judge dismissed the case of the plaintiff seeking per its reliefs endorsed on the writ the following “a. A declaration of title to the property known as PLOT 72 BLK ‘A’ ODENEFO KWADASO, KUMASI which the plaintiff acquired by reason of a gift purchased for her by her great-grandmother Akua Serwaa. b. A declaration that the purported possession of the property as well as any works there at by the defendant having been done without the knowledge consent and authority of the plaintiff is trespassory unlawful and an infraction of the plaintiff’s proprietary rights. c.
