OFOE J.A: The plaintiff/respondent’s claim he put before the Circuit Court was for “a. A declaration of title to and recovery of possession of all that cocoa farm situate and being at KYINKYIRISU at Bokuruwa on Sabronum stool land and bounded by the farms of Mr. Adade (deceased) now succeeded by Osei Duodu, ama Buor and the stream Kyikyirisu. b. Damages for trespass. c. Perpetual injunction of restraining the defendant, her relatives, agents/servants from having any dealings with the said farm”. And a counterclaim by the defendant/appellant was for: “1. A declaration of title to the cocoa farm in dispute. 2. An order compelling plaintiff to account to defendant all proceeds realized from the cocoa farm in dispute. 3. An order for recovery of possession of the farm. 4.
