JUDGMENT The Plaintiff’s claim is for: a) Recovery of an amount of One Hundred and Sixty Three Thousand Ghana Cedis (GH₵ 163,000.00 being the outstanding money paid by the Plaintiff to Defendants. b) Interest on relief “a” at the prevailing bank rate from when it became due to date of final judgement. c) Recovery of specific damages in the sum of One Hundred and Ninety Nine Thousand Ghana Cedis (GH₵ 199,000.00). d) Interest on relief “c” at the prevailing bank rate from when it became due until date of final judgement. e) Damages for breach of contract f) Costs and any further orders that the court nay deem fit.
