The Plaintiff/Judgment/Creditor/Respondent (hereinafter referred to as Plaintiff) in this case is body corporate registered under the laws of Ghana as a Bulk Distribution company and authorized inter alia to do business as a supplier, distributor and marketer of petroleum products filed this suit about the 13th of May 2015, against the Defendant/Judgment/Debtor/Respondent (hereinafter referred to as the defendant) also in a similar trade for the following reliefs:- I.
