1. THE DECISION It is the decision of this Court that judgment must be entered in favour of the plaintiff on some of the reliefs she seeks against the defendant and the reasons for coming to such a decision are spelt out in the following discourse. 2. BRIEF FACTS The defendant is a limited liability company carrying on the business of banking in Ghana. The plaintiff herein was employed by the defendant in the year 2004 and she worked for the defendant until the 12th of June, 2017 when she quit her job as a manager of the Spintex Road branch of the defendant’s bank. The plaintiff claimed she was subjected to undue pressure or harassment by the defendant because a customer of the Tema branch of the defendant bank who had taken a temporary overdraft facility from the Tema branch during the period the plaintiff was manager of the Tema branch, had failed to complete payment of the said facility and the defendant had requested the plaintiff to pay off the outstanding balance on t.....
