1. RELIEFS AND COUNTERCLAIM The plaintiff, on the 13th of April, 2018, sued the defendant for the following reliefs:- a) The sum of GHȻ320,000.00 being balance of car batteries supplied the defendant. b) Interest on the said sum at the prevailing lending bank rate from 31st January, 2018 till date of final payment. c) Cost, including lawyer’s fees.
