1. RELIEFS AND COUNTERCLAIM The plaintiff, on the 13th of April, 2018, sued the defendant for the following reliefs:- a) The sum of GHȻ320,000.00 being balance of car batteries supplied the defendant. b) Interest on the said sum at the prevailing lending bank rate from 31st January, 2018 till date of final payment. c) Cost, including lawyer’s fees. The defendant denied liability for the claims of the plaintiff and counterclaimed against the plaintiff for the following reliefs:- a) An order for the parties to go into account to ascertain (i) the number of faulty batteries to be collected by the defendant. (ii) the number of unsold batteries. (iii) the number of batteries sold by the defendant.
