1. THE DECISION Upon a careful consideration of all the evidence adduced by the parties herein and of the closing submissions made by both counsel, this Court is of the opinion that the plaintiff has not been able to establish his case on a balance of probabilities and therefore the plaintiff is not entitled to the reliefs he seeks from this Court. 2. BRIEF FACTS The plaintiff is a national of the Democratic Republic of the Congo and he worked with the defendant herein from the year 2001 till the year 2018 when his appointment was terminated by the defendant precisely in the month of May, 2018. Upon his termination, the plaintiff was offered or paid five (5) months’ salary as handshake by the defendant. He was also given two (2) months’ basic salary as leave earned for two years plus travel arrangements back to his home country.
