RULING ON MOTION FOR STAY OF EXECUTION ON GARNISHEE PROCEEDING This application is a request by the defendant/applicant for an order staying execution of the garnishee proceeding initiated by the plaintiffs/respondents on the ground that the writ of summons and its attached list of plaintiffs reveal errors and fraudulent misrepresentations on the part of the plaintiffs. The applicant also says that it had filed a writ against the plaintiffs herein to set aside the summary judgment of this Court which is dated 30th October, 2019. The plaintiffs/respondents are opposed to this application on the ground that the application is only resorted to by the defendant/applicant to deny the plaintiffs their legitimate claims.
