1. THE DECISION It is the opinion of this Court, after duly considering the evidence adduced by the parties herein, that the plaintiff is not entitled to the reliefs endorsed on his writ of summons and statement of claim and therefore the Court cannot accede to his request to enter judgment in his favour. The following discourse embodies the reasons for the Court’s decision. 2. FACTS The defendant is a financial institution carrying on the business of banking. It has branches all over Ghana. The plaintiff was at all material times an employee of the defendant from the year 2004 till the year 2015 when he was dismissed by the defendant for stated misconduct. At the time of his dismissal the plaintiff was a Business Development Officer of the defendant. The plaintiff and one Michael Danso, also an employee of the defendant, were stationed at the University of Cape Coast (UCC) branch of the defendant bank and they were the co-custodians of the automated teller machine (ATM.....
