On the 10th day of August, 2017, this Court, upon an ex-parte application by the 1st plaintiff/judgment creditor, issued an order directed at Mr. Paul Addae, the director/shareholder of the defendant/judgment debtor to appear in Court to be orally examined on the following questions:- (a) Whether any debts are owing to the judgment debtor. (b) Whether the judgment debtor has any property or other means of satisfying the judgment debt. The Court further ordered that Mr. Paul Addae should produce and show to the Court:- (a) The agreement in respect of the sale of the defendant/ judgment debtor /respondent as a going concern. (b) The receipt for the payment made in respect of the sale of the shares in the defendant/judgment debtor /respondent.
