1. INTRODUCTION 1.1 This is an appeal from the decision of the Accra Central District Court 1 dated the 19th of May, 2015 which judgment went in favour of the defendant/respondent hereinafter called the defendant. The appeal is brought by the plaintiff/appellant hereinafter called the plaintiff and he filed a notice of appeal on the 26th of May, 2015. 2. OBSERVATIONS 2.1 Let me say from the onset that the record of appeal in this matter was poorly prepared by the registrar of the Court below. This is because some of the proceedings filed by the parties were not included in the record. For instance the final closing addresses of both Counsel for the parties were omitted and also missing from the record is the Reply filed by the plaintiff on the 28th November, 2013 which was in response to the statement of defence filed by the defendant on 12th July, 2013. 2.2 Also it appears that the defendant amended her statement of defence on the 10th July, 2014 but the title of that ame...
