RULING ON APPLICATION FOR INTERLOCUTORY INJUNCTION The plaintiffs are requesting, per this present application, for an order of interim injunction to restrain the defendants herein from dealing with the property which is the subject matter of the substantive suit in any way whatsoever until the determination of the substantive suit. The reason for this request is that the property in issue which is described as Hse no D733/4 and which is said to be situate on the Boundary Road, Ussher Town, Accra is part of the estate of the late Jacob Asamani Boateng. The plaintiffs/applicants who are the administrators of the estate of the late Jacob Asamani Boateng claim that they have been in possession of the said property until the defendants interfered with the said possession by placing tenants in the said property.
