PRINCE TETTEH DZENYO-KWAO vs. ECOBANK DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION AND ECOBANK GHANA LTD.

1. RELIEFS On the 23rd of March, 2017, the plaintiff sued the two defendants for the following reliefs. a) A declaration that the termination of his employment is unlawful. b) An order for the payment of damages for unlawful termination. c) Cost. 2. DEFENCE AND COUNTERCLAIM The two defendants denied liability for the claims of the plaintiff with the 2nd defendant counterclaiming for the following reliefs against the plaintiff:- The payment of an amount of seven thousand, nine hundred and three Ghana cedis and ninety pesewas (GH7,903.90) being rent and clothing supplement allowance paid in advance to the plaintiff pro-rated. 3. DEFENCE TO COUNTERCLAIM The plaintiff of course denied liability for the counterclaim of the 2nd defendant. 4. FACTS OF CASE The plaintiff was employed by the 1st defendant on 9th November, 2015.
