This is Ruling on a preliminary legal objection to an application on notice brought for and on behalf of the Republic seeking an order for the Joinder of the interested parties set out above, namely; • Frederick Okoro, • Hamza Tanko, • Rose Odametey, • Haria Rufai. THE ANTECEDENTS OF THIS CASE: The facts of the case are that the Accused person, now at large, was first arraigned before this Court on the 3rd of November, 2017. That charge sheet was withdrawn and a new charge sheet filed on the 16th of November, 2017 was substituted and his plea taken again on the same day. That charge sheet was subsequently withdrawn. Eventually, on the 19th of March, 2018, another charge sheet filed on the 16th of March, 2018 substituted therefor. In all cases, the accused pleaded not guilty to the charges.
