NII LANTE OKUNKA vs. NUMO JONATHAN AYERKWEI OKINE & ORS.

This is an application pursuant to Order 4 of CI47. The application was filed on the 12th of July 2019. The applicant moved in terms of the motion paper and the supporting affidavit as well as the exhibits attached. Applicant also addressed matters contained in two affidavits opposition this motion. The applicant says he has interest in the matter and it would be in the interest of justice to join this suit so that all matters in controversy are resolved. The applicant’s Order 4 application is based on these matters:- The plaintiff issued the writ claiming at paragraph 6 all that piece of land referred to in applicant’s paragraph 6 in support of this motion. The applicant says he is the current head of the Nii Djambi Amo family and the land in question is a land belonging to Amo Djambi family and he is before the court in an attempt to protect those lands.
