MAJOR M. K. LOTSU (RTD) vs. THE HEAD OF NIKOITSE WE OF KLANAA LABADI

The plaintiff issued a Writ of Summons and accompanying Statement of Claim on the 4th of October, 2019 sending the following reliefs; 1. A declaration that plaintiff is the owner of all that land situate, lying and being at Nkwantanang – Accra and bounded on the North by vendors land measuring 120 feet more or less, on the South by Vendor’s land measuring 120 feet more or less, on the West by Vendor’s land measuring 120 feet more or less, on the East by proposed road measuring 120 feet more or less, and containing an approximate area of 0.55 Acres, as particularized in paragraph 4 of the Indenture and coloured red on the site plan attached to the Indenture showing the above relevant measurements. 2.
