MENSAH GROUP LTD vs. REV. ERIC DUSE-ANTHONY AND ELINAM DUSE

This is a Ruling on a motion on notice for an order to evict the Plaintiff or in the alternative for the Plaintiff/Respondent to pay the rent due and owed. THE FACTS The antecedents and circumstances of this case, as pertains on the record are necessary to fully appreciate what is in issue. The facts of this case are that on the 12th of July, 2020, the Plaintiff/Respondent issued a writ in the Registry of this court seeking the following reliefs; a. A declaration that the Defendants have breached the tenancy agreement. b. A declaration that the term of the agreement is 10 years. c. An order of injunction against the Defendant from interfering with the business of the Plaintiff and to give quiet and peaceful possession. d. An order that the rent for the property be reduced to half the stated amount. e. Any other order(s) as this Honourable Court may deem fit.
