PASTOR HAYFORD LARSON vs. W. K. AWUSAH, JOHNSON ANGMOR TETTEH AND REVEREND SAMUEL AGBOZO

This is an application by the Plaintiff/Applicant praying the Court to substitute one, Reverend Samuel Agbozo of Agape Global Ministries Tema for the 2nd Defendant Johnson Angmor Tetteh who is deceased (hereafter referred to as the deceased). The plaintiff-applicant shall be referred to as the applicant and Reverend Samuel Agbozo as the Respondent. The facts grounding the application are stated in paragraphs 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9,10, 11, 12, 13,14,15,and 16 of the affidavit of the Applicant Pastor Hayford Larson. These paragraphs read. “3.
