i. Background: [1] The progeny of the writ that was birthed by the Plaintiffs on the 26th of May, 2017 and the execution of the judgment delivered by this Court on November 20, 2017 embarked upon by the Plaintiff/Judgment Creditor continue to fester. The Applicants in this application are seeking costs against the Claimant/Respondent in the amount of at least GH¢39,000.00 for the claim filed and later discontinued. [2] Further to the judgment, the Plaintiffs attached certain properties they contend belong to the Defendants/Judgment Debtors. As a result of the attachment, as many as five different claims were filed to contest the ownership of the properties attached.
