i. Introduction/Overview: [1] On May 2, 2019 the Applicant filed at the registry of this Court a Notice for Judicial Review in the nature of Declaration and Certiorari pursuant to Order 55 of the High Court Civil Procedure Rules, 2004 C.I. 47 and amended same on November 18, 2019 against the under-listed decisions: “[i] The purported grant of a lease dated 13th August 2015 of No. 34, Patrice Lumumba Road, Airport Residential Area, by the 1st Respondent in the name of the President of the Republic of Ghana to the Interested Party. [ii] The decision taken by the 3rd Respondent in the letter dated 16th March, 2016 written by the 3rd Respondent to the Greater Accra Regional Lands Commission, requesting the grant of right of entry of House No. 34, Patrice Lumumba Road, Airport Residential Area, Accra to the Interested Party. [iii] The decision taken by the 2nd Respondent in a letter to the 1st Respondent dated 12th December, 2018, insisting on the validity of the purported leas.....
