DANNATED LIMITED vs. JOE ABBEY AND ENOCH KWASI OSEI

i. Introduction: [1] This action arises from the re-development and re-modelling of a property situate at Osu, in Accra. The 1st Defendant family owns the said property. The Plaintiff contends in this case that the 2nd Defendant, was an employee of the Plaintiff and he introduced the 1st Defendant to it as a client who engaged the Plaintiff to undertake the re-development of the house. According to the Plaintiff the 2nd Defendant who was to act for and on behalf of the Plaintiff Company, rather unlawfully resigned from working with Plaintiff and colluded with the 1st Defendant to keep the Plaintiff from the balance of the work done. The Defendants deny the Plaintiff’s contentions and specifically the 1st Defendant says he does not know the Plaintiff, does not owe it and therefore prayed the Court to dismiss the suit.
