On the 7/7/2017 the plaintiff caused a writ to be issued out of this court against the defendant for: 1. The sum of $25,000.00 its cedis equivalent at the prevailing forex bureau rate on the date of payment being special damages the plaintiff suffered as a result of the fraudulent representations the Defendant made to the plaintiff which induced her to pay $28,000.00 to the Defendant for land at Martey Tsuru, Est Airport –Accra but which aid land the Defendant could not convey to the plaintiff. 2. interest on the said $25,000.00 at the prevailing bank rate from 15/2/2008 to date of final payment. 3. General Damages for breach of contract. 4. Interest on any sums due on reliefs 3 at the prevailing bank rate from the due date to date of final payment. 5. Costs.
