The parties were customarily married in 2003 at Jirapa, Upper West Region. They cohabited in various locations including Paga and Accra. They have one child, Angela Zaghe, aged 12 at the time of suit commencement. The petitioner alleged the marriage had irretrievably broken down due to the respondent's unreasonable behavior. The respondent admitted the breakdown but attributed it to the petitioner’s conduct and denied the petitioner’s claim to a share in the matrimonial property at Amasaman. This is a wife’s Petition for dissolution of marriage and for ancillary reliefs. The Petitioner and the Respondent, were married under Customary Law in the year 2003, at Jirapa in the Upper West Region. After the marriage, the parties cohabited at various places including Paga and Accra. The only issue of the marriage is Angela Zaghe. At the date of commencement of the suit, she was twelve (12) years old. The Petitioner commenced this action, contending that the marriage between the parties has broken down beyond reconciliation. The Petitioner averred that, the breakdown of the marriage was caused by the unreasonable behaviour of the Respondent. By her Petition, she seeks the following reliefs: a.
