The Petitioner and 1st Respondent were customarily married at Odorkor in Accra on 18th September 2004. After the marriage, the parties cohabited in Accra. The Petitioner is currently resident in the United States of America, while the 1st Respondent is resident in Ghana. The only issue of the marriage, is Rhoda Nana Akua Asare, who is presently fifteen (15) years old. The Petitioner averred that the marriage celebrated between parties has broken down beyond reconciliation, due to an alleged bigamous relationship and subsequent marriage, between the 1st Respondent and the 2nd Respondent. He caused this Petition to issue against the Respondents, seeking the following reliefs: 1. That the marriage between the Respondents is bigamous and same ought to be referred to the Police for prosecution. 2.
