It is provided for by Order 25 r (1) of the High Court Civil Procedure Rules 2004 (CI 47) as follows, “The Court may grant an injunction by an interlocutory order in all cases in which it appears to the Court to be just or convenient to do so, and the order may be made either unconditionally or upon such terms and conditions as the Court considers just”. The Petitioner/Applicant in this suit (hereinafter referred to as the Petitioner), has brought before this Court, an application for an order of interlocutory injunction, seeking orders of this Court, to restrain the Respondent/Respondent (hereinafter referred to as the Respondent), in the following terms: 1. An interlocutory injunction order restraining the Respondent from accessing Plot No. 62 Trassaco Valley Adjiringanor, Accra upon the grounds as contained in my sworn oath of testimony in supporting affidavit; 2.
