JUDGMENT On the 21st May, 2019 the Plaintiff per his Writ of Summons accompanied by a statement of claim sought the following reliefs against the Defendant. (a) A declaration that the Plaintiff herein is the sitting and legitimate head of the Gausu Community in Obuasi. (b) An order of perpetual injunction against the Defendant from imposing and parading himself as the head of the Gausu Community in Obuasi or elsewhere. (c) Cost. After filing conditional appearance on 29th May, 2019 the Defendant followed with a statement of defence on 25th September, 2019 in which defence the Defendant denied the Plaintiff’s claim. The Plaintiff’s claim is that he is the head of the Gausu Community in Obuasi whilst the Defendant is also a member of the Gausu Community and also resides in the Gausu Community.
