JUDGMENT On the 18th May, 2017 the Plaintiff the head of the Aduana family of Manso Adubia in the Ashanti Region claims the following reliefs from the Defendant. (a) Declaration of title to all that parcel of farm land lying and being at a place commonly known as Mpentoa Kwayem near Asuadae sharing boundaries with the lands of Mr. Nkrumah, Kwabena Kusi, Opanin Akwaboa and Opanin Biem succeeded by Kwabena Agyeman. (b) Perpetual injunction restraining the Defendant, his agents, workmen, assigns, privies or any other person claiming through the Defendant from interfering with the Plaintiff’s peaceful enjoyment of the said land. (c) Any other relief(s) as the Honourable Court may consider just to award. After various interlocutory applications the Defendant filed the defence on 22nd November, 2017.
