JUDGMENT i. Introduction: [1] Per a Writ of Summons sealed in this registry on July 20, 2017 the Plaintiff claimed against the Defendants jointly and severally the following reliefs:- 1. Recovery of an amount of Two Hundred and Four Thousand Ghana Cedis (GH¢204,000.00) being total outstanding debt owed the Plaintiff. 2. Interest on the said amount from 16 April, 2016 till date of final payment. 3. General Damages 4. The Defendants be mulcted in the Plaintiff’s cost.
