RULING Introduction This is an application by the plaintiff/applicant seeking leave to issue Writ of Possession in execution of the judgment of this court dated 14th February 2019. I dismissed the application on 5th February 2020 and I deferred my reasons to today 13th February 2020. Reliefs Sought By a writ of summons issued on 14th June 2018, the plaintiff claimed the following reliefs against the defendant: i. A declaration of title to land situate at Mile 10-11, Accra and described as ALL THAT PIECE OR PARCEL OF LAND situate, lying and being at Accra-Winneba Road, Weija, Accra and bounded on the North by proposed road measuring 200 feet more or less, on the South by proposed road measuring 200 feet more or less, on the East by proposed road measuring 500 feet more or less, on the West by proposed road measuring 500 feet more or less and containing an approximate area of 2.3 acres more or less. ii.
