RULING On 16th July 2020, directions were taken in this suit and I set down the issues filed by the plaintiff and the additional issues filed by the defendant as the issues for trial. I further set down issue 1 and additional issues 1, 2 and 3 for determination as preliminarily issues. I directed the parties to file their respective affidavits supported by legal arguments and I adjourned it to 12th October 2020 for a date for ruling which date was eventually given as 13th October 2020. For purposes of clarity, the affected issues are as follows: i. Whether the Land Certificate of East Dadekotopon Development Trust per the decision of the Court of Appeal on 29th November 2018 is still valid. ii. Whether the judgment of the Court of Appeal in Civil Appeal No. H1/107/2018 dated 29th November 2018 rested on the Consent Judgment of that Court in Civil Appeal No. H1/175/2011 dated 27th April 2015. iii.
