JUDGMENT Plaintiff’s case By a writ of summons issued on 27th May 2015, the plaintiff claimed the following reliefs against the defendants: i. Declaration of title to all that piece or parcel of land situate, lying and being at Nganoman-Oyibi, Accra in the Greater Accra Region of the Republic of Ghana containing an approximate area of 0.462 acre or 0.187 hectare and bounded on the North-East by lessor’s land measuring 198.9 feet more or less, on the South East by existing road measuring 100.2 feet more or less on the South-West by lessor’s land measuring 201.7 feet more or less on the North-West by a proposed road measuring 100.1 feet. ii. Recovery of possession of the said land. iii. Damages for trespass. iv. Perpetual injunction restraining the defendant, his agents, assigns, servants, workmen or whoever from continuing to develop the land. v. Costs inclusive of legal and administrative cost.
