JUDGMENT Plaintiff’s Case By an amended writ of summons issued on 6th July 2015, the plaintiff claimed the following reliefs against the defendant: i. Declaration of title to all that piece or parcel of land situate, lying and being at Adjirigano, Accra containing an approximate 0.16 of an acre bounded on the North by a proposed road measuring 100 feet more or less, on the East by Assignor’s land measuring 30 feet more or less, on the South by Assignor’s land measuring 100 feet more or less on the West by a proposed road measuring 70 feet more or less. ii. Special damages of GH¢2759.50 with interest from September 2005 till date of final payment. iii. General damages for trespass and losses suffered and pain caused to plaintiff and her servants. iv. Perpetual injunction restraining the defendant whether by himself and his servants, agents, privies and person(s) taking instructions from him and or acting in concert with him from ever coming unto the plaintiff’s proper...
