JUDGMENT Plaintiff issued her Writ on the 11th of July, 2017 through her lawful attorney, Anthony Lithur, claiming the following reliefs: a. An order rescinding the lease agreement dated the 4th of July, 2015 made between 2nd Defendant and Plaintiff. b. Recovery of the sum of One Hundred and Eighty Thousand US Dollars (US$180,000.00) or its Cedi equivalent being the purchase price for the land. c. Interest on the said sum of US$180,000 or its Cedi equivalent at the current commercial bank rate from 15th June, 2015 to the date of final payment. d. General damages for fraudulent misrepresentation and fraud, or in the alternative; e. General damages for breach of contract. f. Costs including solicitor’s fees. g. Any further or other relief.
