JUDGMENT Plaintiff claims the following reliefs endorsed on its Writ issued against the Defendants: 1. The recovery of the sum of GH₵361,109.39 being the amount outstanding as at 1st June, 2016 on the facility advanced to the 1st Defendant. 2. Interest on the sum of GH₵361,109.39 at the rate of 30.5% per month from 1st June, 2016 to the date of final payment. 3. Legal fees being 10% of the sum due the Plaintiff at the date of final payment. 4. Cost including filing fees. In the Statement of Claim that accompanied the Writ, the Plaintiff states that at the request of the 1st Defendant, it advanced an invoice discounting line in the sum of GH₵400,000.00 to the 1st Defendant to finance 70% of invoice value of completed projects for the 2nd and 3rd Defendants per an agreement dated the 7th of October, 2015.
