JUDGMENT Plaintiff claims the following reliefs endorsed on his Writ issued against the Defendant: a. Declaration that the contract for sale entered into on January 18, 2017 is valid and binding on the Defendant. b. Specific performance of the contract for sale entered into on January 18, 2017. c. An order for perpetual injunction restraining the Defendant, his agents or servants from interfering with the use of the property by the Plaintiff. d. Legal fees and cost. Plaintiff is the head Pastor of the Glorious Touch Ministry International. As the church was in need of a place of worship, he was introduced to the Defendant through one Nana Nketiah, who knew Counsel for the Defendant, Agyabeng Akrasi, Esq.
