A. INTRODUCTION 1. i. Plaintiff’s Reliefs The reliefs sought by the Plaintiff in the endorsement to his writ of summons dated 29th December, 2015, are as follows: a. A declaration of title and or ownership in possession and occupation of all that tract of land, known and called “Xanuxi Land” situate, lying and being at Sokode –Etoe and more particularly described in the schedule hereto. b. Damages for trespass and wanton destruction of mango, cassava, Palm trees, plantain trees or plants and other structures or properties on the said land by the Defendant, his agents and or privies. c. Recovery of possession d. Such further or other reliefs as in the circumstances may be just or proper including in particular a perpetual injunction jointly and severally restraining the Defendants and each of them whether by their servants, agents, privies, assigns, whomsoever or otherwise howsoever described from destroying, demarcating or otherwise interfering in any manner whatsoever w...
