A. INTRODUCTION 1. i. Plaintiff’s Reliefs The reliefs sought by the Plaintiff in the endorsement to his writ of summons dated 29th December, 2015, are as follows: a. A declaration of title and or ownership in possession and occupation of all that tract of land, known and called “Xanuxi Land” situate, lying and being at Sokode –Etoe and more particularly described in the schedule hereto. b. Damages for trespass and wanton destruction of mango, cassava, Palm trees, plantain trees or plants and other structures or properties on the said land by the Defendant, his agents and or privies. c. Recovery of possession d.
