A. PLAINTIFF’S CASE By his Writ of Summons dated 20th March, 2019, Plaintiff seeks the following reliefs against Defendants: a. Declaration of title to all that land known as Kangakpo situate, lying and being at Agotime-Kpetoe aptly describe(d) in para 4 supra? b. Perpetual injunction restraining the Defendants by themselves, their assigns, workmen, privies, agents, servants and anyone remotely claiming through then (sic) from having anything to do with the land the subject matter in dispute. c.
