On the 3rd day of February 2016, The Plaintiff herein commenced the present action against the Defendant seeking the following reliefs on the writ of summons; a) A refund of the sum of thirty-five Thousand cedis ( GHS 35,000) paid in October 2009 to the Defendant. b) Interest on the sum of Thirty-Five Thousand cedis ( GHS 35,000) from October 2009 till date of final payment at the commercial banking rate interest. c) Damages for breach of Contract. d) Cost. However, the statement of claim that accompanying the writ of summons had the following reliefs endorsed thereon; a) Delivery of a 0.26 acre of land at Bubuashie , Attico- Accra suitable to be used for the construction of a church building. Or in the alternative; ii) Payment of the current 0pen market value of a comparable size of land at the same location , Bubuashie Attico-Accra or similar location suitable to be used for the construction of a church building. b) Damages for breach of Contract. c) Cost.
