SDTM COMPANY LIMITED vs. KENNEDY OHENE AGYAPONG AND LANDS COMMISSION

The plaintiff per its amended writ of summons filed on 23rd March 2018 claims against the defendants as follows; 1. Declaration of title to the plaintiff as owner of all the parcel of land known and described as plots numbered 1, 2, and 3 Block 1, Lake Road Industrial Area, Kumasi. 2. Order of perpetual injunction against the 1st defendant from interfering with plaintiff occupation, possession and enjoyment of the said parcel of land as bonafide owner. 3. Order restraining the 1st defendant from trespass and further trespassing unto the plaintiff’s land aforesaid. 4. Order to the 1st defendant to pay damages to plaintiff. 5. An order to the 2nd defendant to expunge from the Land Registry any record purporting to indicate the 1st defendant as the owner of the parcel of the land aforesaid. 6. Order compelling 2nd defendant to enter and register the particulars of the plaintiff in the registry of lands as the owner of the said parcel of land. 7. Any further order or orders that .....
