CAVE & GARDENS PER GLOBAL EXPERT RECOVERY vs. RACHAEL A.A. DADIEH

On the 19th of December, 2017 the Plaintiff per its lawful attorney, Global Expert Recovery instituted an action against the Defendant. By a writ of summons, the Plaintiff sought the following reliefs: a) The recovery of the sum of fifty-six thousand eight hundred and fifty-eight Ghana Cedis thirty-five pesewas (GHȼ 56,858.35) being the total amount Defendant received from customers of the Plaintiff but she could not account for. b) Interest from 3rd May 2017 till date of final payment c) Cost Appearance was entered on behalf of the Defendant by her solicitor on the 9th of January, 2018 and she filed a statement of defense on 18th January, 2018.
