The instant case initiated by a writ issued at the instance of the plaintiff herein on 13/04/2017, is endorsed with the reliefs stated hereunder: i) An order compelling the defendants to vacate and remove all movables on lands/open space adjoining plaintiff’s house No. PT TE 47, Windy Ridge, East Tanokrom, Takoradi; ii) an order restraining the defendants either by themselves, or their servants, workmen or agents or otherwise from repeating or continuing the nuisance stated herein above or any nuisance of a like kind; and iii) damages.
