The plaintiffs named supra, mounted the instant suit by a writ of summons that was issued in the registry of this court on 22/03/2019, as against the defendants named herein, claiming the following reliefs: 1 A declaration that the entry of the 1st defendant’s name in the nation- al register of chiefs as the Chief of Elubo was procured by fraud. 2. setting aside of the entry of the 1st defendant’s name in the national register of chiefs as the Chief of Elubo as it was procured through fraud 3. an order directing the 2nd defendant to strike out the name of the 1st defendant from the national register of chiefs as the Chief of Elubo.
