JUDGMENT BY JUSTICE FRANCIS OBIRI On 16th December 2019, the plaintiff issued a writ against the defendants for the following reliefs: a) A declaration that, the plaintiff having successfully gone through the required processes set out by the defendants is entitled to contest the District Assembly Elections at Sakora Wonoo Electoral Area. b) A declaration that, the conduct of the defendants is unlawful and that same is in breach of the plaintiff’s fundamental human rights to participate in an election. c) An order directing the defendants to include the plaintiff’s name on the ballot paper for the Sakora Wonoo Electoral Area for the purpose of conducting the said election at a later date or in alternative. d) A declaration that, the conduct of the defendants is tantamount to professional negligence. e) An injunction restraining the defendants from conducting the District Assembly Elections at the Sakora Wonoo Electoral Area on the 17th December 2019 until the final determ...
