MARY BOATENG AND EIGHT OTHERS vs. AMMA SERWAH AND ABENA FATIMA

The Plaintiffs in their writ of summons dated 3rd May 2012 are claiming against the Defendants as follows: 1. Declaration of title and recovery of possession of all that property Plot 19 Block XXV, Antoa/Offinso in the Ashanti Region of Ghana. 2. Damages for trespass. 3. An order for perpetual injunction restraining the Defendants, their assigns, representatives, agents, workmen, labourers and persons claiming through and in trust from them or otherwise from in any manner interfering with the property the subject matter of this suit. 4. Such further order(s) as this Honourable Court may deem fit. The defendants entered appearance and filed their statement of defence on 23rd May 2012.
