My lords, on the 11th day of March 2019, Yakubu Manu, the Plaintiff/Respondent herein, who shall hereafter be referred to as the Respondent, caused to be issued against the Defendant/Appellant in this matter, who shall hereafter be referred to as the Appellant, a writ of civil summons with an accompanying statement of claim. In the writ, the Respondent claims against the Appellant: a. Recovery of vehicle with registration number GT 4510-18 and Chassis Number WMA37SZZ58M525259. b. Order of the court compelling the Defendant to render an account on the proceeds of the truck with Registration Number GT4510-18 from 27th of January 2019 till date of final judgment. c.
