JUDGMENT MENSAH-HOMIAH, JA: This is an appeal against the ruling of the High Court, Nkawkaw, dated 16th March 2021 wherein the court below dismissed a submission of no case filed on behalf of the Defendant/Appellant after Plaintiff/Respondent had closed her case. The learned trial judge granted all the reliefs endorsed on Plaintiff’s writ of summons. Dissatisfied with the said Ruling, Defendant/Appellant filed a notice of appeal on 7th April, 2021 under the omnibus ground that the judgment is against the weight of evidence. The reliefs sought are that, the decision of the High Court be set aside and the Plaintiff/ Respondent’s action dismissed. In this judgment Plaintiff/Appellant and Defendant/Respondent would simply be referred to as Plaintiff and Defendant, respectively.
