JUDGMENT HENRY A. KWOFIE JA: This is an appeal by the appellant herein against his conviction and sentence on charges of conspiracy to commit crime to wit stealing contrary to sections 23 and 124 of the Criminal Offences Act 1960; (Act 29) Stealing Contrary to Section 124 of the Criminal Offences act 1960 and causing unlawful damage contrary to section 172(1)(b) of the Criminal and Other Offences Act 1960 Act 29 and the consequent sentence of 12 years I.H.L on the charge of stealing and 3 years I.H.L. on the conspiracy to steal and causing unlawful damage charges with the sentences to run concurrently.
